Daily Rent, booking charge
Basic Charge
Rent of the whole estate per night for 1-12 guests*: 560,00 €
Annotation:
We charge the same rent all year round because considerable heating costs are included in the autumn and winter months.
* Additional occupancy (more than 12 guests): 20.- € per additional person and night.
The daily rent defines the minimum charge for the rent of the whole estate per night. An exclusive rent of the estate below this minimum charge is not possible. Regarding the calculation of the running costs the daily charge is based on a maximum of 6 double rooms/12 persons, no matter if children or adults.

Availability and online booking:
We joined the booking portal “HomeAwayFamiliy”, because we were very impressed by its reliability and clarity as well as by its solid and excellent design. We recommend our guests to check the free capacities via this portal and to make the bookings there directly. When you enter our object number: 2243183 you can check if there are rooms available during the requested holiday period. Do you want to be our guests at the sunny end of Europe? Then send us a reservation enquiry. As soon as your booking enquiry is accepted and confirmed the relevant holiday period is reserved for you; it is then displayed as „occupied“ in the booking calendar.

Deposit
We take a deposit of 300.- €, which is collected by Antonia on the day of arrival against receipt and paid back on the day of departure after a final inspection. The deposit covers all the things that got broken or damaged. This applies to the complete interior equipment of the house. The deposit must also be used for additional staff, in case the house is soiled beyond the usual. The usual rule that the rental property is to be left in a broom clean condition applies here.
Tip
The Portuguese are very proud people and they wish with all their heart that guests from other countries get to know and love „their beloved Portugal“. For Portuguese people a tip is a symbol of appreciation and a sign of respect. They are very dismayed when guests leave a restaurant or another service area without giving a tip thinking long and hard about whether they have done something wrong. As a matter of course, giving a tip is nevertheless optional!
