More relaxed and stress-free arrival at Boavista

A few weeks before arrival our guests receive a check in list, an occupancy plan of the rooms and the directions to the Vila Boavista. These lists are supposed to make your arrival at Boavista more relaxed and stress-free. 
Antonia prepares all rooms according to the details you quoted in the occupancy plan. If you booked the house maid service the required iced drinks are in the fridge and a table in a fish tavern by the sea is already reserved.

As a matter of course it would be of advantage to know, whether a birthday or a special occasion give reason to congratulate! Please make a corresponding note in the check in list.
